Shipping Charges

Total the shipping weight for all items ordered;

UPS add $11.00 for the first pound or fraction and add $1.00 for every additional pound or fraction.  Heavy packages and rural destinations may incur extra charges from UPS which will be added.

USPS  US mail is $9.00 for the first pound or fraction and add $1.50 for every additional pound or fraction.  These charges are for shipping, handling, and insurance in the continental US.  Colorado residents please include 3% state sales tax.    International: We charge the actual shipping and insurance amount plus handling, packing time, materials, which usually amounts to 5% or less of the shipping amount ($5 minimum).  The customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees at the final destination.  We guarantee 100% satisfaction with any AstroSystems manufactured products.    We offer a 30-day refund on any regularly stocked products returned to us in new condition.    We stand behind the manufacture, workmanship, and quality of all items manufactured by AstroSystems.

Shipping

Shipping is generally UPS ground (continental US) unless prior arrangements are made or indicated.    Small packages under one pound will usually be sent by Air Post.    Shipping Weights (NOT actual weights) are listed.    Additional "weight" has been added to shipping weights when the item is large, heavy or difficult to package.  International:  We use airpost for packages within the size and weight limit allowable to each country.  Larger parcels will be shipped airfreight for pick-up at the closest international airport.
