Orders can also be placed by phone at 970.284.9471 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, or FAX at 970.284.9473 anytime. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and PayPal with phone, internet and fax orders. Personal checks or money orders along with the above credit cards can be used to pay by mail. Colorado residents please add 3% sales tax.

Shipping is generally UPS ground (continental US) unless prior arrangements are made or indicated. Small packages of 1-2 pounds and under $50 value will usually be sent by Priority mail in the continental US or Air Post internationally. Shipping weight (NOT actual weights) are listed throughout the web site. Additional "weight" has been added to shipping weights when the item is large, heavy or requires extra time or materials to package. Next day or 2 day orders must be placed by 12:00 noon MST to be shipped the same day.

Complete tracking is standard with UPS.
USPS
For actual tracking through the USPS you will need to use Express mail and pay an extra $0.75 for Track and Confirm. You’ll get point-by-point tracking details.
If you used another service—Delivery Confirmation™, Certified Mail™, Registered Mail™, Priority Mail™ —you’ll see when it was picked up and when it went out for delivery. If other details are available they will be listed. While this is not full point by point tracking it will give you some information about the package.
Domestic UPS: Following is a guide, actual may vary depending on size and weight. Total the shipping weight for all items ordered, add $10.00 for the first pound or fraction and add $1.00 for every additional pound or fraction. These charges are for shipping, handling, packing time and materials and insurance in the continental US. Occasionally extra fees are added by UPS if the shipment is going to a "rural" area where a delivery and/or fuel surcharge is imposed. Extra handling may me added to large or fragile items that require extra handling or packaging. We charge the actual shipping plus handling and materials, some orders may be charged less than that stated for the ship weight.
Domestic US Mail: Following is a guide, actual may vary depending on size and weight. Total the shipping weight for all items ordered, add $8.00 for the first pound or fraction and add $1.50 for every additional pound or fraction. These charges are for shipping, handling, packing time and materials and insurance in the continental US. Any extra fees imposed by the post office will be added to the shipping costs.
International: We use Priority airpost (6-10days) for packages within the size and weight limit allowable to each country. You can also choose Global Express Priority to speed the shipment (5-7 days). Larger parcels (telescopes) will be shipped airfreight for pick-up at the closest international airport. We charge the actual shipping and insurance amount plus handling, packing time, materials, which usually amounts to 5% or less of the shipping amount ($5 minimum). The customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees at the final destination. The following table gives examples of International airpost charges and is intended as an example. Large or heavy packages will add greatly to the cost. Insurance will add about $1.00 per hundred dollars of insurance, but varies depending on weight, value and country of destination.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with any AstroSystems manufactured products. We offer a 30-day refund on any regularly stocked products. Returned items must be in new condition and have all packaging and documentation. A restocking fee of 15% will be accessed if returned items require cleaning or repackaging. Items in less than new condition will not be accepted for return. We stand behind the manufacture, workmanship, and quality of all items manufactured by AstroSystems.
